Leaders will be empowered to understand a whole-school approach to antiracism and how to address it at leadership level (ethos and values), through curriculum work and resourcing, recruitment, retention and development of staff and stakeholder feedback. Leaders will develop key skills to support and train their colleagues to understand what racism is, the impact of racialised language, how to become racially literate, structural and institutional racism and explore strategies for addressing pushback and challenge.
